This very well presented villa is located in a much sought after area within easy walking distance of Arboleas village. The village has all the amenities you require for day to day living including a medical centre, chemist, post office, banks etc.

The villa has an entrance hall leading to 3 bedrooms.   The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and double doors leading to the pool area and gardens. The guest bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and space for a double bed. The third bedroom is currently used as an office. Glazed double doors lead from the entrance hall to the lounge and dining room with a log burner.  French doors lead to a covered terrace area overlooking the pool. The fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and storage leads to a separate utility room with a side access door.

There is hot and cold air conditioning and there are fans throughout. A solar hot water system on the roof gives you free hot water for most of the year. Drinking water is supplied by a reverse osmosis system – no need to carry bottled water!  There are fly screens on all of the windows and French doors.

In addition, the property has a deposit tank of 750 litres for those times when the system pressure fails – as it can do for hours. Finally, the water supply to the whole house is via a water softening system which prevents calcium build up in the piping.


This is a turnkey villa in a much sought after location. You could just move in and relax by the pool.   The villa was built by Lakes Vega, reputedly the best builder in the area.
